Cancellation

Modification

It's easy, you have 2 options:

  • Fill out our Form choosing the Booking Management option
  • Send us an email to Contact us using the following template.

Object: Modification

I [your name] booked [name of the activity] planned the [date of the activity] would like to make the following modification on my booking:

  • Reschedule booking [new date][new hour]
  • Booking modification [new chosen activity]
  • Add or Remove participant [number of person you want to add or remove, specify if they are Adult, Kid or Baby]
  • Other [Please specify]

Booking Confirmation

Most of our activities provide instant confirmation, and we'll send you a confirmation email automatically from noreply@ayenaya.com right after purchase. Please make sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes our email can end up there. You can also access your booking via your Ayenaya account in your inbox page.

Some bookings need to be confirmed by the activity provider. In such cases, you'll receive your confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase.
